Step 2: Production and Quality Control
With materials ready, our manufacturing team moves into full production. Each product undergoes a series of precision processes, from forming and threading to heat treatment and surface finishing.
Quality is never compromised. We implement multi-stage inspections throughout the production cycle-incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, and finished product testing. Step 4: Logistics and Dispatch
With goods packaged and labeled, we coordinate with our logistics partners to book the most efficient shipping route-whether by sea, air, or rail. Our team prepares all necessary export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other required certificates.
We work closely with customs brokers to ensure smooth export clearance. Once customs formalities are completed, cargo is loaded and dispatched to its destination. Throughout this process, we provide real-time tracking updates so our clients always know where their shipment stands.
