Three things matter: the wedge, the expansion clip, and the threads.
The wedge needs to be machined to a consistent angle. Too steep, the anchor sets too fast and strips. Too shallow, it never locks. We hold the angle to a tight tolerance.
The expansion clip needs the right material and heat treatment. Too hard, it cracks. Too soft, it deforms without expanding. We test every batch.
