Recently, several African photovoltaic engineering partners visited our factory for an on-site inspection. Faced with the harsh local operating conditions, the clients focused on the weather resistance, anti-corrosion performance, anti-loosening stability, cost performance and bulk delivery capacity of our PV fasteners, aiming to cut project maintenance costs and improve overall profits. Our foreign trade and technical teams accompanied the visit, and both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on long-term win-win cooperation in the African market.

Africa's photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly with huge market potential. However, complex local environments including high temperature, sand and coastal salt fog set strict requirements for fastener quality. Ordinary fasteners are prone to rust, loosening and failure after long-term outdoor use, causing frequent maintenance, power generation loss and high operational costs, which greatly reduce project profits. The clients shared on site: "The biggest hidden cost of African PV projects is inferior fasteners. Annual maintenance and replacement take up most of our profits." They came to select durable, cost-effective PV fasteners suitable for African working conditions, to control costs and ensure stable project returns.

During the discussion, both parties confirmed practical cooperation details focusing on cost reduction and mutual benefit. According to the varied climate and construction conditions across Africa, the clients put forward personalized requirements on product adaptation and marine packaging to reduce comprehensive procurement and maintenance costs. Leveraging our factory production and technical advantages, we provided customized high weather-resistance and cost-effective solutions, with stable production, on-time delivery and full after-sales support. Both sides reached a long-term cooperation consensus to jointly explore the African PV market and achieve mutual profit and development.
