An expansion screw consists of a screw rod and an expansion tube. After inserting it into a wall hole and tightening the nut, the rod pulls and expands the tube, which tightly clings to the hole wall to achieve firm fixation. It is a detachable fastener suitable for fixing various perforated components. An expansion screw consists of a screw rod and an expansion tube. Drilling Requirement

The drilling depth shall be about 5mm deeper than the expansion tube length to ensure full embedding.

Installation Steps

Drill with an alloy drill bit matching the tube diameter.

Keep the hole depth consistent with the bolt lengthn.

Put the complete screw assembly into the hole. Do not remove the nut in advance to avoid falling.

Tighten the nut 2-3 turns for firm fixation, then remove the nut for component installation..
