Open Type (with Countersunk Head)

Available in round head and countersunk head. Countersunk head provides flush surface after installation. Open tail design. Regular sizes: 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4mm.

Pull the mandrel to expand the open tail for clamping plates. A hole remains on the rivet tail after mandrel breaking.

Cost-effective and universal. Countersunk head delivers smooth surface. Not waterproof.

General sheet metal, hinges, doors & windows. Countersunk head for applications requiring neat and flat surface.

Double-grip Blind Rivet

Solid shank without pre-opened tail. Double bulged tail formed after riveting.

Mandrel pulling forms double bulges on rivet tail to clamp two workpieces evenly.

Even clamping pressure, avoiding surface damage on thin sheets.

Thin sheet components for vehicles, ships, construction, machinery and electronic equipment.

Single-grip Blind Rivet

Solid shank. Single bulge formed on the tail after riveting.

Mandrel pulling forms one single bulge to lock connected plates.

Higher tensile strength than standard open rivets, moderate cost.

General hardware, light machinery and non-sealed riveting jobs.

Large Flange Blind Rivet

Much bigger head flange than standard round head rivets.

Same working principle as open rivets. Enlarged flange disperses pressure on workpiece surface.

Larger contact area to protect soft and fragile materials; better radial tension resistance.

Wood, plastic and other fragile soft materials; workpieces with oversized mounting holes.

Sealed Type Blind Rivet

Fully closed tail with no gap or hole.

Closed tail expands under mandrel pulling to realize full sealing after installation.

Waterproof, dustproof, vibration-proof and pressure-resistant with higher shear strength.

Outdoor equipment, humid working conditions and projects requiring full sealing performance.
