Grade 4.8 Black Hexagon Flange Nut with Serrations

The bottom of the nut is equipped with a wide flange plate, which functions similarly to a flat washer. During installation, no additional washers need to be provided, reducing the number of components and improving assembly efficiency, while also lowering inventory management costs. The flange surface effectively disperses the tightening pressure, protecting the surface of the connected workpiece from being damaged.

At the bottom of the flange, there are evenly distributed toothed anti-slip ridges. When tightening, the teeth embed into the surface of the connected component, generating strong friction through mechanical interlocking, effectively preventing the nut from loosening due to vibration or impact. Tests have shown that the flange nut with teeth has excellent anti-loosening performance in a vibrating environment.

Made of high-quality carbon steel, the performance grade reaches 4.8. The tensile strength is approximately 400 MPa, and the yield strength is approximately 240 MPa. It is suitable for fastening requirements in general industrial environments and is the most cost-effective option. It is widely used in light to medium load applications.

The surface undergoes black oxidation treatment, presenting a uniform matte black appearance with excellent rust prevention and decorative properties. The black coating is wear-resistant and will not peel off, crack or be rubbed off, making it suitable for assembly scenarios with specific color requirements.

The product is manufactured strictly in accordance with the German industrial standard DIN 6923. The thread tolerance and external dimensions all meet the standard requirements. It fits tightly with standard bolts and installs smoothly, ensuring the quality of the connection.
